Those trapped within are stripped of their emotions, transformed into beings devoid of feeling. This symbolizes the essence of her power and reflects her solitary and awe-inspiring nature.
My piano piece, The Snow Queen, captures her “coldness,” “majesty,” and the terrifying ability to render humans emotionless. Through this composition, I aim to evoke the sensation of entering her frozen world and feeling the inescapable grasp of her icy power. Rather than retelling the story, the piece focuses on portraying her essence and aura. I hope it takes you on a journey into this chilling, mysterious realm.
